Seriously, BEWARE! Every time they make a change to the app, it is to the customers’ detriment. Buy your songs elsewhere or be stuck using the Amazon Music app. So the only way to listen to the songs purchased on Amazon is now ONLY on the Amazon Music app, which is completely unreliable.

You’ll lose all the songs on your device (sd card), and the latest update doesn’t let you download onto your device. This appears to have been taken away, making purchasing music through Amazon useless.Ībsolutely horrible. I have always been able to download the songs I have purchased to local storage on my device.

The only way I can play the music is through the Android app, and this was not the case before. I’m not sure what happened since the most recent update, but I can no longer download music I purchased to my Android device, Galaxy S21 Plus. Here is what some of the complainants have to say.
